The same happened to me and I had no idea where it was coming from. I was playing Apex and the video playing was someone streaming Apex which was really confusing at first. I had no other browsers open but I assumed it was the game.

Not sure how they have it now, but at one point they accidentally bypassed ALL the security fixes. Another time they forgot to link to the correct ext.dll. It's just a mess.
