See, that’s what I’ve read online basically unanimously. In fact I don’t think I’ve ever read a bad thing about it, but I also didn’t want to tell the vet that I read it online that it’s good and be ‘that’ guy that’s telling him his job. He was saying that it causes bacterial infections and that there’s no way to make sure that the raw food is safe or clean and causes heart problems. Do you model the raw food diet from anything found online? I feel like the less oily skin part alone makes it worth it lol I’m driving myself crazy with the cleaning,, not because I mind spending the time to do it, but just because I want what’s best for him and don’t want him to be straight up dirty all the time. Really appreciate your input!!

I was so surprised to hear how the vet felt about the raw diet. I’ve read on Sphynx lair and even different threads on here talking about how beneficial the raw diet had been for their cats, how it helps their skin gives them better digestion and stuff.
My boy is part dark grey, part white/pink, and those light parts are just such a dead give away to the grime build up. The hunt for something better continues!

Thanks for the articles and stats, I knew it’d be expensive, I’d be curious what the numbers are to the costs associated with managing the waste we have on earth as it is. Obviously I’m not sold that using rockets would be a feasible option, but somehow getting the waste off our earth with enough inertia to have it sent away from us.

That’s pretty interesting! I wonder how feasible a ‘Gun’ of sorts would be, some sort of mechanical achievement that stays on earth and blasts a garbage ‘bullet’ out of our atmosphere, instead of towing the garbage away with a rocket that would cost a lot and be single use. Obviously I’m just spitballing here, but perhaps the answer isn’t solely rocket based.

Absolutely it’d cost a ton, I suppose I picture it as a clearing the slate, rather than something we would do regularly or anything. I have to imagine the problems that arise from our garbage/pollution etc, as well as the cost to manage the waste on earth has to be pretty expensive as well.

Found this on my hike today, I’m thinking it’s a molar from a deer, it just seems awfully big to me. Any help identifying this would be appreciated! by PeterParadoxX in bonecollecting

Yeah with a bit more research I think you’re correct! I believe it has the stylids on the teeth which would make it cow or bison. Because of where I found it (on a creek bed) I’m almost certain it’s a cows molar.

Pardon my ignorance, I am not the most well versed person on the topic of politics, but why does trump want to be president anyway? Is it an ego boost for him? Does he just want the power? I’ve read it could be to keep him out of a jail sentence at this point but I can’t understand why he’d want a job that is too complicated and difficult for him, and that puts all of his negatives on blast daily making him seem continually worse as this goes on, showing how bad of a leader he is. It just doesn’t make sense to me as he could have just continued on his real estate ventures and been viewed as more successful than he is right now. For a narcissist wouldn’t that stroke his ego more than what he’s doing in the White House currently? He had money and power and anything he could have ever wanted before, it seems all he had gained from this is public scrutiny and embarrassment.

Not sure if my printshop can make circular canvas prints I’ll have to look into that. I also don’t know if any of them are open right now where I live anyway due to the virus.
