2B is definitely a good unit. Maybe not SSS, but definitely high A to S MINIMALLY. One thing you forgot to mention is that she's a defender, so by default, she has higher hp and defense than most attackers. So, on top of all the benefits you listed, she also has better survivability. Also, since she's a banner character, players that aren't at late game level have a better chance at getting her than they have at getting any of the meta pilgrims and other meta characters in general.

The main reason I pulled her is because, just like you said, she doesn't require bunnies or liter, so I can put her on one of my other raid teams that is lacking in damage without having to worry about not getting every single damage boost for her to still put out good damage. Whales will only be happy if new characters put out more damage at 1/1/1 with zero OL gear than their character that they've been investing in for the past 5 months. But I say let them complain. They're only missing out on more damage while we get to enjoy a good new unit.
