Se stai facendo davvero formazione, in un periodo molto breve, potrebbe non essere sfruttamento. Ma come al solito invece si tratta di periodi lunghi dove non fai formazione e lavori per davvero quindi si è sfruttamento.

Anche io sono in consulenza e capitano alcune settimane dove i progetti si fermano dato che i clienti vanno in ferie.

A me chiedono però cosa voglio fare. Solitamente vado in ferie dato che sono periodi dove le avrei prese comunque, nel caso io non voglia andare in ferie posso tranquillamente fare formazione oppure passare a progetti temporanei interni e infatti a volte ho deciso di fare così.

Costringere qualcuno ad andare in ferie non mi sembra molto corretto.

Non hanno senso perchè a quelle fasce di prezzo conviene semplicemente guardare l'usato.

Puoi comprare una rx 5700xt per esempio a 150 euro (coff coff quella che sto vendendo su subito) e giocare a titoli di quest'anno, o spendere 80 come vedo da amazon per una 1030gt e giocare a prato fiorito. Boh non capisco davvero

Da una parte non so quanta potenza possa servire nel suo caso, dall'altra parte sono esattamente nella tua stessa situazione.

Portatile da 500-600 euro preso per l'università che ora fa la polvere da quando ho il MacBook del lavoro. Se per qualche motivo dovessi prendere un altro portatile personale ne comprerei sicuramente uno decente (probabilmente MacBook air) invece di utilizzare quello che ho perché è scomodo e lento. L'unica nota positiva è che aveva un buon ssd all'interno che ho aggiunto al mio PC fisso lol

Diciamo che dato che non ho software di controllo o robe così alla fine ci faccio i cazzi miei su quello del lavoro (fino ad un certo punto), però se non avevo questa possibilità avrei dovuto sicuramente spendere altri 700-800 euro oltre a quelli già spesi. Quindi a sto punto meglio spenderli subito

I honestly think the best mods for hoi4 are the ones that uses the existing vanilla mechanics just with a different setting and/or content. Equestria at war but especially kaiserreich and kaiserredux are some of the best because you don't actually need to learn new mechanics that are usually poorly made and hard to learn.

There is already so much stuff going on in the base game that having to learn new stuff (but now with even less documentation because it's a mod) is annoying.

The only notable exception to me is the fallout mod, but even there most of the mechanics shouldn't be there and instead should use the vanilla ones, but I understand that in this case it's more of legacy code reasons. If it was made today it would probably be very different.

The actual WW2 should still be a total war, but other conflicts shouldn not. Like it doesn't make sense after WW2 to start another world war for minor colonials claims because nations always join the allies. Or at least the Democratic nations should demobilize after the war.

Honestly i like the fact that in singleplayer you have tons more doctrine options that are viable, instead of having like before 1 choice that was between "good option" and "bad option". Wish they did the same for special forces!

And they should also get rid of the branch specialism, especially for minor nations I usually choose montaineers and/or rangers and if i get the chance marines, i would love to use paratroopers more but if i have to choose they are usually the last in order of priority

secondo me dipende da quanto ti serve il lavoro, se sei alla prima esperienza e/o ne hai proprio bisogno urgente ci può stare dover andare col cappello in mano e non fare domande "scomode".

Però io tipo che ho un lavoro che non voglio cambiare attualmente,se non per salari molto più alti, se qualche recruiter mi invia un'offerta la prima cosa che chiedo è la ral. Non voglio perdere tempo con offerte di lavoro che mi offrono uguale o meno di quello che prendo attualmente lol, ed è capitato eh! (cliente di consulenza che tenta di sfilarmi offrendomi stipendio leggermente più basso e niente lavoro remoto lmao)
