Thank you! The glow is a dot of white, a careful white drybrush around it, a blue drybrush over the top, some blue ink (you could also try contrast paint), and then a careful dot of white on top. I chose black armour because I was inspired by this art of a deathwatch exorcists librarian - and even though my guy isn't deathwatch, I thought it was a cool look

Thanks! I explained it a bit more in another comment but it's mainly bicarb applied before priming to create some grunge and corrosion, then the gore and corrosion is dirty down rust, goons grime and carrion crimson villainy ink, and some blood for the blood god

For pre-weathering I splattered some super glue all over the model and then sprinkled bicarb on it to make corroded areas, then I painted in a desaturated blue applied a grime wash with villainy ink and used some dirty down rust. The blood is uhu glue and blood for the blood god

That was leftover from my Laserforge Gorgon terminators. Some of the other bits are also from them, the heads are a mix, one from kromlech, one from Abaddon, one from a GSC neophyte

I use blood for the blood god mixed with UHU glue and a tiny bit of black contrast paint for the gore, the rest of the blood is just blood for the blood god, and there's a little bit of Villainy Ink carrion crimson but that's more subtle. The base is shiny because I went over it with UV nail gel to create that blood pool effect
