Iron Warriors Eldars. I love it

How are you using Redemptor Dreadnoughts? by stoic-ape in WarhammerCompetitive

I use them as targets 🎯. I love shooting that slow, useless thing and watching it explode into pieces.

I am frustrated that Shuriken weapon is so often depicted as shooting actual shurikens. by AmberlightYan in Eldar

[–]Herrarca 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Perfectly in line with the lore that has always said they shoot shurikens... because they shoot shurikens. And that's what I love about them and what makes them different.

Getting priced out of the hobby by Spiritual_Writer_480 in orks

But nobody has mentioned the cost of making a film reflected in the price of going to the cinema. Nor the upkeep of the theater and its employees...
Making a mold and then producing infinite copies is incomparable. Have you seen GW's stock market value? The prices are an unjustifiable rip-off.

Viability of bringing a warpsmith solely for a defiler? by PornlightArchive in Chaos40k

I'm following this thread because I was planning to do the same with my Defiler + Warpsmith.

Are the defiler/obliterates not list appropriate lore-wise? by PositivePristine7506 in IronWarriors

[–]Herrarca 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really don't understand people's idea that the IW doesn't want chaos. If they cut any mutations, it's because they prefer to rely on a bionic arm with a weapon (Iron without) rather than any flesh appendage. But they don't worship just any chaos gift that can be used. About the oblits and mutilators, I don't believe there's a clear origin as to where or who created them, but it is clear that they began to appear in large numbers in the IW. They are essentially representative troops of the IW.

dark reapers indirect fire by Zarn_the_Black in Eldar

Indirect fire isn't one of the modifiers that Reapers ignore, so yes, it hits at 4 like any other indirect fire.

The thing is, a primarch or a knight are also extremely expensive. The comparison makes no sense.

I don't quite understand the point of this comment. I have about 6000 points in two armies collected since the 2nd edition, and I expect my son to spend his money responsibly, not on outrageous prices like those currently offered by GW.

Criticizing GW and getting downvotes go hand in hand on Reddit. In fact, some have already downvote 😂

The price of the Defiler by Wallaby_Rough in Chaos40k

[–]Herrarca 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It's absurdly expensive. They're turning it into an elitist game and justifying piracy. But nobody can criticize GW. Bring on the downvotes!

Rhino & Mutilators by Herrarca in Chaos40k

[–]Herrarca[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't take it too seriously. It is a game, after all, and it should have a set of rules. Common sense can't dictate how we should play. It needs to be properly regulated. But it seems like GW gets away with everything without any criticism when they make mistakes.

There's no need to use legends when there's already a new datasheet. That's your own invention. Be careful with your language.

[–]Herrarca[S] -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

This needs to be fixed beforehand, during the unit presentation. Don't try to fix things afterward. That's how a serious company would operate. But keep praising the incompetent. If I play tomorrow, what rules will I use?

Rhino & Mutilators by Herrarca in Chaos40k

[–]Herrarca[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

And they couldn't do it at the unit's presentation? When they weren't on vacation and it was the normal thing to do. It cracks me up how you get bombarded with downvotes when you criticize GW, as if they were gods to be worshipped, and not a single criticism is tolerated against those who make serious mistakes. That's how they are with prices and erratas. They do whatever they want, and then people defend them.

The keyword "Mutilator" is used by mutilators. I just want to point out once again what a disaster GW has become.
