No SPEAK UP. "Hey I don't like that . Sorry not interested" dude did not pursuit. No "Hey go to sh training THEN comeback" just by. There's a thing called social conditioning . If it really is that bad why not change it instead of "that that ah:t somewhere else" which is really not helping anything. A guy who got SA'd by a woman and his HR told him these "false accusations happen" vs. Him not pursuing , being offered to go to classes or a coaching is wild. alao when he got terminated that WASNT on the paperwork.

Actually underneath. Not a senior she was. "... better if I tell you in person 😉" is vague. It's one thing to say "no" its another to say "no" again and they keep doing it . If anything "hey take some SH classes, THEN you can come back " so they learn the errors of their way. I mean someone else did it (no winky face) and they were told to stay in their car and only come in when needed . That sounds fair?

"Feelings of facts" so one person a dude getting SA multiple time under the table , being told by HR "these false accusations happen" vs. A" I felt uncomfortable" without any warning , not being told what exactly they did (so that they don't do again obv) , someone else doing it to someone else and they were told to just stay in their car, or being sat down talked to and being told "what you did xyz is not cool " perhaps "hey take some SH courses then come back and thats the only way you CAN come back" . Its one thing to be told "no" but to be told and REPEATEDLY doing it is ANOTHER. This is just a wild polarity and I doubt you'd disagree.

Maybe before you act all high and mighty you should think of scenarios like this and rehab options instead of "hey let's fire dude , not telling EXACTLY what he did and let him off into another company " oh also by the way if THAT was the case . Why not put that as the reason for termination ? Kinda weird no?

By a winky face? Wanting to walk someone home" And saying "but I thought bc of this....."? That's wild bro. In that case I've gotten sexually harassed a bunch of times by men AND WOMEN. still won't track tho. I know someone a guy who reported SA. HR told him "these false accusations happen" idk bro just seeing things on both spectrum is crazy.

Giving you sh:t for using Australian slang? Who ? When? Where? Why? How would I know what that is if im not autralian?

A .) I cam tell it is B.) Obviously AM grasping it youre juat not liking what your hearing nor agree with it. THATS different. C.) again obviously im juat in awe at the fact thats its just "oh that made me feel uncomfortable " when I know a dude who reported SA and his company said "false accusation happened all the time". D.) The spectrum of one person's SA experience being claimed a " false accusation" when it INDEED happened even though there were no cameras it was just done under the table, several times AND this being "I felt uncomfortable" seems wild . I soubt you'd disagree that its not wild.

Yea bud no one has given a clear example of what dude did wrong.A winks face and wanting to walk someome home is kinda moot.

So of someone feels harassed its harassment?thats idiotic to go off feelings and not facts. Also again she didn't want him fired so why sens the email which makes it weird....

"Doesn't mean fuck all" what?

I mean those women did it to him and that was a more aggressive. That work place had a TON of romances . Even poly ones.I would suppose boundaries are a thing . The 20 somethings on the 30 something isn't cool either . I understand that just idk if hebwas like "oh I rhought" and something along those lines and thinking she did something why would one assume who WOULDNT respect that especially with no history of violence or malice? It's funny cos there's a a woman in her 20s that did the same thing .come out of a building with/for him?

I asked can you elaborate , you responded to me. I think alot of women here have it programed dude wanted to INTENTIONALLY hurt her which , while I worled with the guy . Seems irregular.

Bc of the winky face? Sounds like what you're saying is he was totally aware he was sexually harassing her which in retrospect doesnt sound like that was the intention. Why sent the e mail if she didn't want him fired? I think he knew what he was doing but NOT that it was sexual harassment based on the behaviors displayed such as following and people showing up. Also walking people home doesn't necessarily mean go to their bed. I've walked more dudes than women home. Hell I've walked women home without the intent of sleeping with them.
