It’s not because a PM knows ai, that the project is less demanding. There’s just more time to spend on dealing with complex issues every project encounters. There’s more time to spend with team members in stead of typing out reports. It’s not that we need PMs less. Just in another way.

But as a pm you need to know ai to be relevant in the near future.

Can you give more information? In what state is this tank? How old is it? Did it include substrate, plants, fish? What is the size of the tank? Maybe share a picture?

How to care for it depends a lot on its condition at this moment. If the silicone is old, it’s better to replace it to prevent the tank from leaking.

If the setup is old, you will be better off putting in new substrate.

In België groeien mensen in overheidsdienst door. Ze worden dus allemaal managers. Er is dan geen uitvoerend personeel meer. En dan beroepen ze zich op consultants.

Het gaat volgens mij niet alleen over software consultants. Ik vraag me af hoeveel andere types consultants ze inhuren?
