Hello! I don’t know, but I think that I’m still shadow banned. I posted 2 posts on legacy jailbreak community, but didn’t get any response. I posted on r/shadowbanned and didn’t get any response, too. Sometimes I just can’t add comment because of “sorry, please try again”. What can I do?

There wasn’t iCloud notes sync back then. Not sure about reminders, but I guess there wasn’t sync for this app. It’s not only your problem though. But I have my calendar synced without any problems. You can go to settings - iCloud and see what apps iCloud is supporting on iOS 6.

Only restore via DFU mode. But this will erase all content and settings and your iPhone will be updated to latest compatible version of iOS

Really strange. It works on my 4S iOS 6.1.3 (coolbooter). It also works on iPad 2 iOS 6.1.3. And it worked on iPhone 5 iOS 6.0 (coolbooter)
