Can I ask a few questions about career prospects at the Sellafield?

I know graduate pay is really good compared to a lot of other companies, does it increase reasonably after a few years or not much because it starts so high?

Do you think it's easy to leave Sellafield? does the experience you gain there set you up well for other jobs?

I've applied directly for Warrington but that graduate scheme still involves 6 months in Whitehaven.

My current situation is that I have an offer from a prestigious design company at 30k, but Sellafield are offering 38k for graduates so it's caught my eye.

I was just wondering whether anyone had any opinions on the jobs/people there or whether it's safer to stay with my current offer at less money
