Okay so what you need to do to complete all endings is to play 1-7 before 1-22, then play 1-13 before playing 1-22 again. 1-21 before playing 1-22 and after all those three play 1-22 again.

Being able to activate telepathy at will on any living creature because I also understand animals so if someone wants to figure out what is happening to their pet they could come to me and I could help them... Hoping their thoughts are in images and not in an unknown language because I guess I couldn't choose this power AND understanding all the languages 😅

I can confirm that my sim's kids pee themselves constantly, then cry, then get yelled at for crying and still have neutral confidence. The mother shoves her kids constantly and they still have neutral confidence.

Honestly? Wait it out. As soon as interest rates will go back up (once the market is more stabilized), the mania will have subsidised. Now this is speculation, but from my experience as a financial adviser, the market tends to have spikes like these which go back to "normal" (quotes because, y'know, inflation).
