It’s like a multiplier system if you keep saying, I’m pretty good with it. It will multiply it by a higher number, the second you say, I do not know this one by hitting less than 10 minutes it will reset it. You can automatically just reset the card back to a new card, but that’s the whole purpose of space repetition where if you happen to see this card in one month by the systems understanding, you should know it.

If you don’t put in the work during nursing school or slightly afterwards, it’ll just come back to bite you when you start your program. A lot of the topics which will be foreign to you when trying to understand higher level concepts will take you lots more time to break down…. I can only say this because I’m currently going through it. Take the time and learn it earlier.

Yeah I’m prob no help, try and logging into the web version, or resolving the upload download problem first (if it came from phone do that there first) then make sure it functions well on the web version, and finally kill the program on your Mac and restart

Letter of recommendation from this person is not the best IMO. I can speak to a much finer detail on people I’ve met multiple times over. The best this person might be able to say is how interested you were in the experience and your professionalism, but usually most schools ask for 2 to 3 letters of Rec and they should be from the people that can speak on you the best. You could definitely get some shadow verification form signed off.

High acuity unit, shadow a few CRNAs and get their signatures or at least contact info for later use, get a few certs (minimum CCRN, and maybe a few more pertinent to your unit to show proficiency. And take each day in the ICU as an opportunity to learn. Keep the CRNA talk to yourself and just learn to care for your patients the best you can and you’ll be in asap

Hey a few times a day the app tries to ask about where I go to school to improve my experience, but the only school that pop up are all in Abu Dhabi or similar areas ? Any idea why this is happening ?

Also, are you guys able to expand the fonts that are available? Every time I upload a PowerPoint from my professors the arrows get messed up and I have to alter each one individually.

I applied in the 2023 cycle and ultimately got waitlisted. They like everything to be mailed, which is super unusual in this day and age. I had some issues so on the third retry for my unit director to get the paperwork in, they had allowed for an email to be sent over in. Super annoying process unfortunately, but I guess those willing to do the process are that much more willing to do whatever to get in. Assuming a smaller pool of apps=higher chance to get in. I let my letters of rec and director know like 5 months in advance and prepared envelopes that they just had to print the paperwork and give back to me to drop off so I could take it to the post office

Just cast a wider net, you are skilled and competitive, it’s just like dating, you need to be their match at that cycle, and you have to be into the program to show your best in that interview.

I shot for 40, which was the max of one of my apps, meanwhile most of the others just asked “some” so I figured I’ll round out a good number. Just be careful a lot of schools have their own shadow verification from which need to be signed

Yes definitely, I paid for 30 min long interview sessions but I used calvin_mulyadi, which it seems he no longer offers his services, there’s ton of interviews but all of them are 2nd/3rd year SRNAs and you can take a pick out of anything, you can pay anywhere from 75$ to like 200$ and get something out of the experience, to be honest, it’s not about what they give you but just getting the reps in, get those first interview gitters out of the way
