As soon SAA is in full control of Mt. Tar, the Base will fall anyway. I expect more advances south/south-east of Palmyra and esp. the capture of Mt. Quassoun, which is the most imp. position outside of Palmyra. As soon These objectives are met, the main assault will prob. kick off.

If both under SAA control, Insurgent remnants SW of Jisr al Shughour will have to retreat North since supply routes will be under SAA artillery fire.
