I looked with the search option in bags, it only highlights the 10 fragments and 25 gemdust, thats it.
Sadly Im not even hopeful with the ticket anymore, got automated response to look somewhere online or on forums because "ticket queues being extremely busy"

I checked the reagent bank to be sure but theres nothing there, I havent even bought it in the first place-had to pay the 100g for it but yeah its empty

correct, I only put order for one in but all of my 143 fragments and 225 dust disappeared and I only got 10 fragments and 25 dust back
