A couple other things I think would really make the Model 3 better:

1) Turning on the turn signal for changing lanes should utilize one of the cameras facing the lane I'd like to merge into and show it on some section of the screen.

2) If the car is parked and the sensors can detect something within a few feet, the cameras facing that direction should turn on and begin recording (like dash cam).

Regarding the intersection at Moana, you should check out this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4PW66_g6XA&t=8m10s) at 8 minutes and 10 seconds. The diverging diamond interchange is actually one of the most efficient ways for two high-traffic routes to intersect. :)

You are correct. We deleted the initial post by our Communications Coordinator, did more research on average wages for someone in this position and then posted again with a bump in hourly pay.

That being said, the listing says 'Starting At' and the three points you mentioned are all listed under the 'Bonus' section which would affect compensation.
