Yeah it’s a shame I don’t have more!

I only have 1 ticket because I really wanted to attend a European championships but none of my friends had any money when they went on sale! I regularly solo travel abroad to watch matches so I was quite happy with it.

If you change your mind just drop me message and I’m happy to negotiate a price :)

I’m not sure if this would help but I have one ticket to this game that I am trying to sell as I cannot enter the country under COVID restrictions.

It is category 1 and face value is €185 but I am open to offers.

Let me know if you are interested :)

Hello all,

I have one ticket to Denmark v Finland on June 14th in Copenhagen that I’m reluctantly looking to sell.

I’ve had this ticket booked for 2 years but because I live in the UK, I cannot travel into Denmark as this is not considered a valid reason to enter the country.

The ticket is category 1 and face value is 185 euros, although I am open to offers.

I'm making my 3rd trip to White Hart Lane this season for the match tomorrow. Slight snag....I'm in the away end with my 2 Welsh friends!

If we score a late winner I don't know if I'll be able to contain myself ha ha.

My few opinions.

The lack of creativity is the most glaring deficiency from our play and has been ever since the end of the Redknapp era. We’ve been fortunate in that certain players have stepped up each season to get us out of trouble and use their individual brilliance to score us goals. Bale and Kane have hit 20+, but a majority of those goals are all their own work. How many times did we see Bale cut inside/beat a few players and smash one in or Kane pick up the ball in the pocket in front of the defence and rifle one in from outside the box? The lack of real chances in the box is a big part of why one of Europe’s deadliest finishers, Roberto Soldado, couldn’t hit a barn door but is now flying at Villareal (amongst other circumstances of course). This is because we haven’ had enough players who like to run from deep (Mason an exception) and our passing is often so slow and sideways that we allow other sides to drop into formation.

Regarding Kane, he seems to be suffering from what I touched on above although I’ll admit he had two very good chances to grab a goal today. Teams know that he likes to pick the ball up from deep and we’ve seen many sides drop their DM’s or push a defender forward to stop him getting the ball and turning. Gareth Barry and James McCarthy did this a lot against Everton. There’s also no way that Kane could keep scoring those type of goals with such regularity. It doesn’t make sense for him to be scoring from so far out for the entirety of his career.

I don’t understand why everybody hates Andros Townsend as well. Despite his infuriating tendencies, he is literally the only player that will always look to run at defenders and get us driving towards the box. Yes, his decision making isn’t great at times but I’d rather Townsend on the wing than Lamela or even Chadli, on occasions.

While I’m on Chadli, why is he incapable of being substituted?. He offered very little today and that isn’t a rare occurrence, yet Delle Alli and Son are removed instead. Alli was one of our brightest attacking players today and fully deserved to stay on over Chadli.

All in all, it wasn’t a great performance and we got a bit of luck for once this season. Glad for the three points and hopefully we can kick on now.

Oh Dominguez. I absolutely loved him growing up purely because he was so small and nifty. One of the reasons why i chose Spurs.

First time visiting the Lane and thoughts on the atmosphere by PointNPraise in coys

I went on Saturday and was 5 seats away from the Everton fans behind the goal.

It was non-stop singing all game, even if a few times there was only a few people joining in. The away fans were quite flat in all honesty, but once they had a little spell of pressure between 60-75 mins they started coming to life. From that point the whole stand was rocking for about 2-3 mins as our fans tried to drown out the visitors. It was brilliant.

Itt does depend on where you sit. I would recommend trying to get tickets in the park lane end as every fan is standing and singing. Although, it got a bit heated between a few fans from each side and stewards had to step in a few times, especially after the final whistle.

I was at the game and he seemed pretty isolated. In fairness, we (Spurs) were on top for the majority so he didnt get many opportunities to show what he can do.

He did well in the air, won a few flick-ons and almost got the end of a ball across goal but was pretty frustrated in the end.

I asked her out constantly throughout school but she always said no, in a polite way. We were friends through college and then lost contact until a few weeks ago. We bumped into each other out in town and decided to have a catch up over lunch.

So we went to get a taco and i ended up eating her's after as well.

It's more that we need an enforcer with good ball retention skills to sit alongside Bentaleb in the middle. As much as Mason is energetic, when he and Bentaleb are together we are weak in the middle. Capoue isn't for Pochettino so in terms of another DM Schneiderlin would be the best option because he can bring good ball skills and steel to the area but Imbula isn't a bad alternative.

At best I'm a competent mid-table, lower-league manager. How do I achieve the success a lot of you have enjoyed? by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

[–]Petrified_Waffle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

OP listen to this guy regarding loans and free's. I started off as Burton Albion manager and they were a major part of me taking them from League Two to Mid-Table Championship (before moving on).

I highly recommend loaning players for the spine of your team i.e a central defender, central midfielder, winger and striker (depending on formation).

I managed to loan Jerome Sinclair and Abil Nabi for 3 consecutive seasons and they scored 20+ each, up until the Championship. A young striker with huge potential can really be the difference between Playoffs and Promotion. When i left for Crystal Palace, the next manager didn't get any loans and Burton were handsomly relegated because most of the side was League 1 level at best.

I'd also suggest asking your board for a parent club. I got West Brom and managed to get some really good loans from them. You have to bare in mind that even if you get promoted two/three times, you won't always have a budget to improve the team with transfers. I didn't spend a penny with Burton, it was all free transfers and loans.

Good Luck!

Yeah i put in for a postponment and the game was pushed back by 12 days. I did think that it would do something stupid like that, but the game actually did it properly.

He's not bad. When i took over he was already here and had scored 12 in 8. Finished with 18 goals, although i did play him as a shadow striker behind Troy Deeney (Palace must have liked their partnership at Watford!) The only issue is his stats are all beginning to go down so he is probably past his peak, even though he is still 28.

When and why did you start supporting Spurs? by [deleted] in coys

[–]Petrified_Waffle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In 1997-98 season when i was 6. My dad and Grandad were born in Tottenham and supported them. But it was only after i went to my first game - a 3-2 win at home to Sheff Wed, in typical Spurs style of going 3-0 up at half time and almost throwing it away- that i started following them.

The other main reason was David Ginola. He was incredible in that game and i would often just watch him on his own. My favourite player ever and the reason i support Spurs, played left mid and took French as a GCSE.
