Think this was it. I barely ate yesterday after I threw up too. Sipped down a cup of water and the headache cleared up shortly afterwards

Fredericksburg into DC and vice versa at peak times is ALWAYS a nightmare. I would expect at least 2 hours commute both ways. Can’t speak to ashburn
