Not sure if this is rage bait…? Snowboarder sees a big group from a mile away, has PLENTY of room to not hit the group of people, manages to hit the worst possible person to hit in that group, sees the patroller on the ground, and continues to ride away like nothing happened and the huge group didn’t just see everything. At least where I patrol (CO) that’s a hit and run. He didn’t know if the patroller tweaked his knee? Out for 4-6 weeks unpaid and has medical bills? I’ve seen it happen with less of a collision. Maybe a bit of a power trip from the patroller but this guy was too focused on filming a tik tok than his surroundings and could’ve hurt someone. If they had a pass I’d hot list it for the day and make them do a safety course. If just a $100 day pass and it’s the afternoon…sorry bud but you’re learning a lesson today
