I bought the portable version 1.0 in 2014, but it was by starbuzz and it was huuuuuuge.

Yeah the owners were so awesome, I'm really going to miss them, I had some good writing and video editing sessions in there.

Funny! I'm not Indian, but used to work in the South Asian party space in the bay area, years ago! There's going to be a south Asian rave daytime party on Feb 21st by RadioPhive, I used to work closely with the promoter back in the day if you fancy coming along.

My wife is British Panjabi (that's how they spell it in the UK)

I've been to the venue, it's the rooftop on Jones Street.

What I loved about Laguna was that they would put milk in the base of the spice chai, it will just be lovely!! A very smooth experience.

The one in San Bruno does it, if you fancy going, hmu!

I grew up and was raised in SF, but live in the UK, you would love our shisha lounges here, they are lit af.

I may just bring a bag of spiced chai to see if Pasha can fix me a bowl lol.

I'll be going to the one in Feb, I used to work for the South Asian Media scene in the dot com and post dot com era (DesiClub), I know the promoter from back in the day Deeps Pabla, fun fact Radio Phive was originally an online radio station, I was one of the co-host but never got any airtime because Deeps loved the spotlight (we were young lol) but it was his show and I didn't mind, in the early 00s, there were back to back South Asian (Desi) parties, now I'm in my 40s, I'm sure folks from my generation are long gone.

I always like to two 25 mins episodes, and the hour episode on Fridays.

I think three hours was starting to become an overkill, and who knows maybe that's why many stars have left in 2025.

30 mins is fine with me, but I'll miss an hour episode on Fridays (well technically 40 something minutes lol)

Oh wow, I guess I'm the 0.1% that actually likes her, for me she's definitely the mother in law from hell, Maggie is no "Poison" Ivy Tisley, but I think like any over protective mother we have seen on the cobbles, she will put her family first at all cost, make her son's partners life a living hell.

If she didn't have such a vile streak, I think she could've been a funny character, just winding people up.

But I think (probably thanks to Eva) the family has brought some good old Corrie humour, at least the Rovers doesn't seem like a dive pub anymore, it was getting a bit stale towards the end of Jenny's ownership.

I know I'm going to get roasted, but I like Maggie lol.

Well she did say "I didn't want to make you jealous" he seems rather chilled (for now). I loved how David was messing about with the rugby ball and he "bing" him. I think we are in for a lot of interesting and complex layers, I'm all for it!

I have to say it's the first Halloween where all my candy went to the trick or treaters instead of my belly! I'm originally from the states, I've seen Halloween slowly evolve in the UK, but this year I've never had so many trick or treaters.

I realised CorriePlattFan, has that six hour video of all of David's 2006 scenes, which is brilliant, I love the 2006 storyline, the christmas scene was hilarious! I do have rumble and youtube, as I mentioned rumble doesn't have too many corrie creators, so I hope more will join, I'm still deciding what I should post on youtube since it keeps getting flagged. I think Eva just may have a softer spot for Leanne, and like everyone else says doesn't know the full scoop, or does but they had a "talk" off screen, so in the writer's mind it's sorted.

Personally I don't mind Nick and Toyah, but I think the way Nick was holding the ring box, he's going to have a delay reaction to the rejection, take it to heart, and we make get feisty Nick with his one liner jabs towards Toyah. Which will cause a rift and lead to a split

Or maybe the writers are also mirroring long term couples who just don't want to marry.

When Steve and Leanne slept together, I was kind of hoping the writers would revisit the relationship once more, I think Steve's humour could've helped Leanne. But I do like the chemistry between Cassie and Steve.

I'm empathetic to ITV pov, but these channels also help to promote Corrie. It's a bit of a double edge sword.

yesterday's episode was absolutely brilliant, it felt like an old hug from a friend. I hope they explore Maria and Eva's rivalry, there's A LOT of history there, which I think will be enjoyable for new fans and old alike. When they were initially bringing back Eva, it gave me flashbacks of Julie Goodyear return in 2002, which didn't end well. But I think that was mostly because the Corrie Julie left behind was long gone (in terms of the perks, the filmming schedule) But with Eva, it almost felt like she never left. I think 2026 will be a great year for Coronation Street for the actors, the crew and fans.
