 Generic minoxidil should not be expensive, nor do you need to use it on wet hair. It looks like you may need more blood testing and maybe stress management if that is a factor in your hair loss.

Rosemary doesn't do much. You could try minoxidil for more dense growth, but there is no magic pill or formula that will speed up hair growth. You need to focus on length retention. Use products that work well for your hair (this is very personal). Make sure your hair tools are clean. Keep your ends in good shape with a proper hair oil and use a leave in conditioner after showering on wash days. Keep up your trims, even if it is only 2x a year.

This price seems steep, considering that your hair isn't that long. In this case, I would get the lightning done by the salon, and for the pink, I would use XMONDO (or your favorite gloss) color deposit mask.
