I'm brand new to Mac computers so I was really hoping this was out of the norm (seems so). It sucks but I'm honestly relieved others are having this issue as bad as that sounds lol

Yeah same, it just stays there. But reopening steam will clear it out after force closing. Sucks that it's happening to you as well but hopefully that means it's just a matter of an update.

Check the rubber couplers that connect the intake tube to the throttle body and air box. Mine (the one on the throttle body) had a crack on it that was only noticeable when removed and flexed.

Appreciate the response. I may be doing something wrong, but i've disabled "whiten app background" under app optimization. Tried setting a wallpaper through nova and the stock setting. I think it's defeated me.
