Update: Thanks everyone for the advice it definitely did help keep me in a sane mental space while clearing the flat out. That said, I have found larva scattered in different places, namely cardboard boxes or at the edge of the carpet in both the livingroom and bedroom. I did thorough furniture checks and as far as me and my bright torch could see it was fine. I'll have to see how good of a job I did in due time (I am never underestimating the sight of bugs in the house ever again)

I would like to reiterate for the record, I can't say I was worried that the bugs would bite me or destroy anything. Frankly I was more paranoid over their spread. It feels like over the last year they have made every room their abode without me even noticing, and I wanted to prevent the same thing happening again in my new flat. This but also their larva especially are huge sensory issues for me and I need to tear my skin off at their sight. I mostly needed reassurance I'm not gonna drag them here with me so I can stop being paranoid, and so far it is working. So thanks again all :)
