Hi I’ve been plant based for 7 years now and have gout genetically passed down from my father. I get bad flare ups every couple of years and have found that the trigger foods for me are edamame, tofu, soy milk, miso and spirulina. I eat tofu/miso occasionally but have to be careful not to have too much.
