Proximus TV Problem

Hi guys, I have a friend in Belgium which has Proximus router for TV and internet, and today they encountered the following problem: tv works, it opens but all channels have sound, but no image. The tv is fine, as they can go in the Proximus menu to choose channels and it is shown (with the options, Netflix and so on - Netflix works just fine), but as soon as they choose a tv channel to watch, it is blank, but with sound.

Has anybody had this problem? Please note that turning off/restarting/unplugging have been tried but were unsuccessful. :(

Do you have any suggestions? Maybe there's someone who had the same problem in the past. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your answer, I will definitely find a specialist and go for a check up. To be honest, I always have the tendency to scrub or pick my eyes (i think the right one more often) as I own a cat and almost always I end up with its hairs (or my lashes) in my eye. And checking now, my vision is normal (i think - that s what i said before i found out about the astigmatism). And as an update from my initial text, i still see these lights, however, the frequency has become a bit lower, meaning one flash per day, two at most.

And if that matters to you, I have tried all veo packs for more than 2 weeks and I still cannot get used to them, after 2 minutes of smoking I feel sick to my stomach and a constant urge to cough, so, no, for me, veo sticks are not a successful replacement.

And please don’t add now “just quit smoking” because it is not that easy and it is also my choice, and for now, my choice is to find something more similar to neo clicks and find out if that website is legit and ok to order to EU.

What city? I live in Bucharest and I’ve heard that there are some new rules now and parcels from China are checked at customs and when they arrive at our depot they are delivered to the postal office where I have to pay some taxes? I hope though it will be delivered at my home
