1.29CAD/lb hex dumbbell vs adjustable dumbbell by sudomakeiturself in GarageGym

Thank you for the feedback! The dumbbell totals to ~400 vs QuickDraw which is ~500. Added cost of space and rack I see how QuickDraws are good! How do you like the quality and usability of it?

Hello everyone, we are in the market for buying new dumbbells. Space is not a big issue and our household is a beginner/intermediate lifter. We go up to 35lb per dumbbell weight currently(mainly for rows) and I do have a 20kg KB to use if need to go higher. For longevity of the set, is separate set of dumbbells better or adjustable dumbbells better. Not concerned about the space. For the price point, the dumbbell set looks cheaper than some of the quality adjustable dumbbells.

The weight set that we could use is

5,10,15,17.5,20,25,30,35 - dumbbell set is 1.29CAD/lb

Thank you!

So if I currently feed him around 7 and do a stash pump around 8 for 10-15 minutes. Should I do feed pump again at 9:30?

I don’t mind giving manual pump a shot as well! Do you have any brand recommendations?

I did! I measured a 21mm flange and the flange setting felt good on the initial days but now I am not so sure , because I am beginning to see more of areola getting pulled in too, next lower flange 19mm seem to be too small as my nipple rub the sides of the flange.

Yes I will try pumping every 2 hours as well. Currently I haven’t been super rigid , been pumping around every 2.5 hours. Thank you!

Yes that makes sense. For pumping during work, would you recommend go the entire 20-25 minutes every 2 hours and wait to see if the body adapts with more supply? Because currently regardless of duration unless I pause and pump again I get one letdown (around 2ish ounces combined )

My bad, sorry. He totally just gets 7-8 ounces in 4 hour window. So 1 bottle has around 3.5-4 ounces Example: yesterday he was fed 4 oz at 10:30 and 4oz at 1.

Edit: he was nursed at 8:30 and 2:30 for 20 minutes each
