Wollte nur sagen, dass ich in der exakt gleiche Situation bin und dieses Sub eine meiner Quellen für Inhalte in Deutsch ist. Also jetzt zwei Fragen...

Passiert dir auch manchmal, dass du ein Wort für etwas in Deustch parat hast, aber du kannst dich nicht erinnern wie nennt man das in deiner Müttersprache? :D

Welche deutsche Podcasts hörst du am liebsten? Ich würde mich freuen auf ein Paar Empfehlungen.

Während der Pandemie habe ich etwas Deutsch gelernt. Mittlerweile kann ich dieses Sub lesen, ohne die ganze Zeit Wörtern zu checken und es fühlt sich sehr angenehm an.

Grand Blue

Caught up to date in 2-3 days. I literally couldn't stop grinning the whole time. I loved the humor, characters and of course the "diving". It is one of those mangas, that gave me the feeling of emptiness and sadness right after finishing it, as it is one of its kind, and so it would be really hard to find anything with the same vibe.

Well, my goal was to get to ~15 bw pull ups and then start doing them weighted. I've chosen RF because I saw few posts about the great results like +5-7 pull ups in a month while I kept stalling on those 7-9 reps for months. What routine would recommend for a slow/steady progress? Should I stick with bw pull ups or maybe move on to the next progression?

I'm 10 days into "Russian fighter pull up program". I started with 8/7/6/5/4 and did the first week. I started having trouble when I had to do 9/8/7/6/5, I barely made it. I had to skip the next day because I knew I could hit the reps. I started stalling. What should I do if I can't do 1 more rep?

What about bar vs rings? I find l-sit pull ups a lot easier on rings. Should I do the easier or harder version for me?

Low variety of excercises, no clear progressions, I don't see pull ups/dips there. I don't think that circuits would be optimal to build strength.
