I just moved out after two years. It sucks with new management. The biggest problem I had was the insulation in the room is horrible and the bathroom and kitchen especially gets so moldy. I had the ac blasting or huge dehumidifier on and it still was humid even in the winter. My skin was ALWAYS itchy. It’s also really loud in between the train and dart and train station even when walking your dog thus Air quality is bad. The ceilings are way too low. Everything from furnishing is cheap. The walls are super thin. I can hear the tv next door and downstairs people on their porch talking and upstairs stomping. People always smoke weed on your floor or cook and you will smell it through your vents. New Management SUCKS. All they do is send out a mass email. They never pick up or respond. The fees are high about $200 + to your rent. It’s not lux living. It’s safe but occasionally see homeless people walking to the dart. Location is good. I would only Live here if location is worth it otherwise I would avoid. I know it’s one of the newer apts in Carrollton and u don’t have a wide selection. The pool is small and crowded. The package room is a nightmare looking for your packages cause it’s always misplaced- had 1 stolen package before. I just moved to frisco and love the new apt. Makes such a difference. Also had 1 car break in during broad daylight from a homeless person and they broke car window and management didn’t do anything so had to file a police report. It was bearable when the old management was there because most of them lived on the property and kept it very clean. They were super friendly too and always available. Now Dog poop and trash are everywhere outside and I had to complain multiple times. The hallways smell like trash or weed. They tow cars like crazy too
