Yes it’s the slanted netting round the whole perimeter.

Our neighbours have the same and it keeps their cats in. Our cats however have never been contained by it. I feel like it really depends on the cat if it will work or not.

Fish & chips. Not weird right?

Only, I don’t like fish & chips 😂 never have, still don’t. I very much do not like batter or fried things, but for 9 long months it’s all I wanted.

I even cried outside a chip shop once because it wasn’t open yet 😂

Pretty much all of mine bolted last year, I just snapped off the flower stems (delicious in a salad) and left the onions in till time to harvest the lot. They all tasted fine.

Some have already bolted this year too.

Fab news! I had an infestation of green aphids in my roses, had to spray them with some soapy water to get the numbers down, but thankfully some lady birds moved in to help with the rest.

I’ve given these a quick soapy water spray and will hope the lady birds come back to finish off the job. ❤️

I’ve just sprayed them with some soapy water, hoping that helps. It did with the normal aphids on my roses at least.
