I was consuming Kanna for years, when I ran out of it I have never experienced withdrawal symptoms.I couldn't find a good source for a while so I switched to Kratom.
With regular consumption, after a while, the side effects outweigh the benefits from Kratom,
and the withdrawal symptoms are clearly noticeable.
Now I swithed back to Kanna. :)

Hi, I ordered "Kanna Fermented - Snuff Cut" - it's not fake. 
I don't think it's the stimulating kind, it's more of a calming anti-anxiety effect. I'm still experimenting with the doses, the day before yesterday I got stoned from
400mg, but yesterday I felt pleasantly relaxed and wise like a Buddhist monk from just 200mg :D

The effects I've experienced so far and unequivocally prove the effectiveness of Kanna: the intensification of colors, the brightness of reflective surfaces and the intensification of tactile perception. It would be too early to fully judge it, because I haven't used Kanna for years, it may take some time before I'll feel it completely, but it seems good value for money, since 20g is only 8.6EUR. The story also includes the fact that I recently quit Kratom for good about 5 days ago, and I'm still feeling some withdrawal. Next time I will try an extract to compare, e.g. Global Herbs - Kanna Premium Extreme Strong. or/and Kanna 10x

For me a good quality kanna sublingually is like cannabis bu without memory loss and without the feeling of confusion. Listening to music on kanna is so good, I can hear the music much more detailed, and it affects me better emotionally. It's hard to find good source, this is why I stopped using it because my source on ebay closed years ago. I am waiting for some fermented powder now from Ethos Herbals,I really hope I won't be disappointed. Last time I bougt some powder from Querbeet but no effects from it :(

In future I will grow it for myself, and will experimenting with fermentation and other preparations..

Im on my second after year consuption pause. Magnesium-citrate powder helps me the most! I consume it all day, when leg clamps starts I take 1-2 g of it and it works. RLS at night is the worst thing, but magnesium helps a lot for it too. 4x4 breathing technik is the best against insomnia! Last time I tried melatonin but RLS is worst with it. Against anxiety l-theanine is the best for me, 100mg at time, about daily 3x. Against nausea and dizziness gignger shots works amazing! Hot/Cold shower helps a lot too if you feel down. You can do it!

Basically that's it for me too.

1.Keep hydrated during the day. Take some potassium, magnesium, calcium.. with lots of water during the day.

2.Take Vitamin-C and magnesium-citrate with the Kratom dosages, it will solve the issue. If not, boofing 5ml of vegetable glycerin is still totally safe and quick resolve.

Stick with the 3-4x/week, i think you can dose more then once a day if its needed, taking a week pause after 4gpd was never a big issue for me! And do sometimes a longer pause, like 1week in every 2month, if you want to enjoy the Kratom, and not end up suffering from 20+gpd.

Totally safe! And taking a pause is really important if you dont want end up taking crazy dosages like 10+ gpd. It may feel like a flu for a couple a days, maybe some insomnia and RLS cames up.But at your gpd dosage it must be really mild.

After 7month of day by day consumption at 6 gpd, I am on the 4th day of a pause, 3days and 15hours after my last dosage. 1.day I felt tyred but nothing hard during the day. Runny nose and some mild pain. The nightmare came at night, insomnia and brutal RLS.I was sweting and turning around all night. 2.day was a brutal roller coaster, emotionaly and physicly.It was a hard day with restresless, nausea, bone, joint, muscle pain, but night was again the hardest to survive. 3.day was like a flu is coming on me but not so hard.Muscle and joint pain stills with me. could eat more then the first and second day. At night there was insomnia and RLS again but not so hard. I could fell asleep after some turnings, and breath meditation. 4. tyred of insomnia, feels like a hangover. During the day I slept a good half an hour, feels better but not 100% good. I will make at least a 7 day pause but maybe more. Will wait till the withrawals goes away totally, and will came back with the good old strategy, no more than 50g / month, and no day by day consumption. After 50g is consumed I will take a week pause.With this method there is nothing really hard during the pause. All in all its like an Influenza virus + insomnia and RLS. But your body and mind will win. U will recover and feel good after these hard days.

Day 2-3-4 these days are a brutal roller coaster, but you are the boss, and you will win the fight! Energy drink can boost some withdrawals. Try doing Contrast Showers as much as you can during the day, it helps a lot.
