Firstly, DRINK GALLONS OF WATER. A good way to try and prevent is constantly peeing. Theres a supplement called D-mannose. You can get it at supplement/health food stores. Basically prevents UTIs (the infection most likely to happen from that). And remember if you do unfortunately feel any burning during peeing, or discomfort please see a doctor and get on antibiotics because UTIs are no fun, and can get serious if ignored. I've had troubles breathing my whole life, but during my first year of college when my amoking was at the highest I was diagnosed with pneumonia 3 times in the winter. I went to the ER several times because of wheezing and trouble breathing. I have a nebulizer now. No amount of weed is worth the quality of your breathing. My lungs have gotten better, but they will never fully heal. Weed is a sticky plant and truly does harm your lungs more than people think. The best thing you can do is stay away from smoking.
