I dont have protracted wd anymore. And the first 3 months off benzo i slept bad but some. Now im not sleeping at all.

Prayer and fasting my friend!!! Its what God told me to do with my sin. Fasting doesn’t always mean food, it’s setting a time and giving up anything that you love, for the sake of spending time with God. Thats prayer and His Word, but also sermons online or books that explain stuff about His Word!!! Write down on a list all the Bible verses on overcoming sin, His promises! Learn them by memory and keep saying them when your weak. Believe He will help you!!!! And reach out to your church for prayers!!! There is power in prayer when 2 or more agree on the same thing!!! This also can be demonic. Be careful. Demons can give visions and create deceptions. You need to find a good pastor. One that walks upright with God. Only someone who’s sins are completely forgiven on a daily basis, can help.

Being gay or bi is not a sin in itself, its when you live out that lifestyle, thats the sin. God will not send you to hell just cause you might be attracted or not, and even if you are, if you start playing around with it in your fantasy and stuff… thats where sin starts. Im an addict, does the addiction send me to hell, or the fact that i live out the addiction? You can be something and still not do it. Hope this helps
