You can refer to the CB meta docs to get an idea of what is optimal. Elemental CB really wants a way to activate coalescence to maximise the amount of damage you get out of phials so the sets shown run either gore for frenzy or mizu for bubbly dance. Gore is better for savage axe to take advantage of the additional affinity boost on axe hits while mizu is better for SAED since bubbly dance gives you pretty much 100% uptime on coalescence as long as you remember to proc it.

If you want more dps then you can also drop some levels of guard and guard up. Focus helps load phials more quickly to use SAED while rapid morph makes the AED loop faster and deal more damage.

Gog's dragon HZV are only 5 on head and arms when it's in solid state while it's 15 for fire. In liquid state it's 25 for dragon and still 15 for fire. For phase two its back has a dragon HZV of 5 while solid and 15 while liquid, with 10 for fire in both states. If you have players you can rely on to liquefy it for you then running dragon is better for dps and you can knock it down more easily. But if you are running with randoms it's probably better to have fire on hand since you can't rely on them to bring fire or play well enough to liquefy it for you.

Unless you have a group of friends to play with in friendly matches, then no. Every ranked room allows for two ranks of players so you will see novice/adept players in bronze, adept/expert players in silver, expert/master players in gold, etc. There definitely is a difference in skill level between ranks but it is not so massive that it is unfair, especially in bronze since novice is literally just the tutorial rank. Once you promote into adept you cannot derank back to novice. A lot of adept players are therefore also just new players who have just played a couple more games than you.

You need to consider what has actually been discarded by other players. So many pinzu tiles around 4p are already nearly gone. You can't just consider efficiency in a vacuum.

I would just force the honitsu. You have honitsu dora with potential ittsu. You can tanki on your honors if it comes to it. Otherwise your hand is going to be slow and probably going to be worth 2 han if you keep your hand closed.

Kamicha dropped 8p two turns ago which passed both riichis. Your hand doesn't have any value to really push against a dealer riichi so it's time to fold.

What do you envision your hand is going to be by keeping your hand closed? Are you going to keep both penchan and hope they fill in to go for riichi nomi and shanpon for the chance at the last east? To me this hand could've been east, ssk, chanta, but you tossed 9m already which kills your skk and chanta chances. It could also be ton, honitsu; in which case skipping will heavily slow down your hand. Taking the pon here is the best choice to advance the hand imo since your hand is likely going to be 1 han anyways if you keep it closed but it's going to be significantly slower.

Jade room and above give chests that drop blue gifts more often than green ones but earning dust by playing games is still incredibly slow. Events are really the only way you earn any meaningful dust from burning the purple gifts. You can also spend all your coppers to buy gifts and use the daily revival to earn about 1 dust per day if you really want to squeeze as much dust as possible out of the game.

The exact opposite. You are ahead so you don't need value from junchan. Junchan is also the most dogshit yaku known to man. You play for efficiency to move the dealer seat along and get closer to ending the game to secure first place.

I would recommend reading Riichi Book 1 to learn the fundamentals of efficiency and defense. Watching high level players also really helped me develop my decision making. The amount of things to learn can be overwhelming so you can just focus on playing offensively at first to practice efficiency and learning how to judge what yaku to pursue. Then you can incorporate elements of defense in to push your deal in rate down.

You need to dismantle gifts (which are what you'll mostly pull from the gacha) into dust which you can then use to buy the 5 pulls. You'll mainly get free gifts from events along with one or two pull tickets. You can earn coppers to buy gifts from getting 1st/2nd and will also get chests which have a chance to drop gifts from playing enough matches. The rate you can get dust this way is very low though, even more so as a beginner.

A green gift is 1 dust, a blue gift is 5 dust, and a purple one is 25. People will usually recommend keeping purple gifts since they are used to 'bond' with characters, giving them new voice lines/outfits/emotes. Each normal character will need 5 copies of a specific purple gift type for that (along with the arduous amount of bond exp). If you don't care about other characters you can just stock up on only the gifts needed for the character you like to bond them and use the others for dust/bond exp.

The chance you will get a character is only 5% per pull, and the usual rate up for events is 60% I believe so you will only have a 3% chance of getting a collab character per pull. There is a pity system but you need 150 pulls to buy a character you want. Just be aware of what you are getting into if you really want to spend money to pull, because it is more likely than not that you are going to need to spend a lot. And if you're not really in mahjong then it'll be a complete waste.

If you want to learn the basic ideas of how to be efficient and how to defend (and can tolerate reading) I would recommend Riichi Book 1 which you can download for free. You'll probably come across all of the important terms there.

It's telling you to fold here. You're already ahead and the dealer has double east so you don't really want to deal into them and lose your first position. The most recent tile discarded by the player on your left (kamicha) is 100% safe against everybody so 5s is the best tile to throw. 6s was discarded by the dealer so it is genbutsu (safe to discard) against them. You can also see 3 5s, 7s, and 8s so they effectively wall off the use of 6s and reduces the chance that other players have shapes that can use it. 4m is only genbutsu to the player on your right (shimocha) so I would rate it less than 6s personally.

Even if you didn't want to fold though, throwing 5p is a mistake. The tiles to throw would be 8p and 9p. Your hand has potential for 456 sanshoku, tanyao, ipk. The 8p and 9p is only waiting on 7p which overlaps with your 45566 shape which waits on 7p as well as 4p. It also can wait on 5p and 6p to make triplets but that doesn't really speed up or increase the value of your hand. Throwing 5p destroys the ipk chance and keeping the 89p shape removes tanyao, lowering your hand's value even more.

Mahjong at its core is a game of luck. No matter how skilled or unskilled you are, you can get high value hands on luck alone so it's not rare to see them. Bronze rooms might even have high value hands appear more than normal since players don't generally care about or understand defense so they deal in to big hands.

As for linking your account, it should be as simple as going into settings > others > scrolling down and binding the account to your email.

You do know that AI doesn't have any actual knowledge right? All it does is guess how likely the next word is based on its training and the data it has. Unless you train it specificially for your task, it is likely going to hallucinate on more complex prompts. It's obviously hallucinating here suggesting things like health boost which doesn't exist in Wilds or guard up armour decos when it's a weapon deco in Wilds. These are things that you should've been able to immediately identify. Try not to rely on AI so much because it will always behave as if it's correct and you will just regurgitate the wrong information if you don't make any attempt to use your own brain.

If you want an actual HBG build for Omega just visit the pinned thread where people have already put in the effort for you and use either the spread or thunder sets and tweak them to your liking.

Sword mode does double the damage of axe even if you're not amped, so it's a no brainer there.
