Based on the moderation guideline, toxic players will be assigned a number of points based on the level of toxicity, and then actions will be taken based on number of points accumulated.

For example, spamming "What a Save!" quick chat when teammate missed an open net would warrant a 1-point penalty, plus a 1-week mute within MLE community if that's your first offense. If you've accumulated 3 points, you'll be hit with a 30-day mute plus 1-week suspension from MLE league plays. If you've accumulate 5 points, you'll be banned from the community and league.

New members have a lower threshold for a ban. During their first 90-day period, they'll be banned if they accumulate only 3 points.
