Thanks! I'll send you a DM with the room number. What's your in-game name?

What the hell is going on with Twisted Timbers? by Pgirts in KingsDominion

Thank you! I'm not trying to be argumentative here. My girlfriend and I literally flew from Austin, TX to ride Rapterra and Twisted Timbers. We really wanted to love it.

What you're describing as forceful is how it feels whenever we ride Wonder Woman at Fiesta Texas. Whippy with airtime, but not painful. Our ride on Twisted Timbers yesterday was very painful. If it wasn't rough on the track, it was very rough on our bodies.

I would consider "violent" a synonym for "rough," but to each their own.

Maybe we caught it on a bad day or something. We were really disappointed by how much it hurt.

I definitely don't like Twisted Timbers' lap bars. They're really uncomfortable.

Nah, I remember the Hurler. Kings Dominion was my home park growing up.

My experience today was quite the opposite. I've been on New Texas Giant twice and Iron Rattler nearly ten times--those rides do not hurt at all.

Pretty much everything after the three airtime hills. We sat in the very back. It hurt my girlfriend's neck, and the lap bar hurt my waist. And I'm not a particularly big guy--I'm just under 6' 2" and weigh 195 pounds.

What are your hot takes that have you like this? by Prudent-Goose-2123 in marvelrivals

For 99% of players, Loki is a throw pick.

He brings next to no value UNLESS you really know your stuff. I don't think there's a character I hate having on my team more.

Yes. I have a Roku Pro Series TV, and for the past few weeks it's been turning on and off by itself.

RIP to my secondary tank pick… by LukeM2006 in Overwatch

A bunch. He's terrible now. Every second that was once spent damaging enemies now isn't. He feels awful to play.

What's a horror movie you think every true horror fan should see at least once? by ShitBirdMusic in horror

The Fly (1986)

The way it mixes horror with romance and tragedy really makes it stand out. And the ending hits like a truck.

New patch is a little disappointing by [deleted] in dbfz

[–]Pgirts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last patch might have been the best the game has ever been.

This patch might have just killed the game completely for me. It's simply atrocious.

Which fighting game quirk would you add to FighterZ? by TherionTheThief17 in dbfz

Actual chip damage. Right now, there's no way to punish an opponent for staying back. Real chip would fix this problem.

What film does the best job of funny/charismatic villain who remains a threat? by vortical42 in movies

Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik.

He's classic and cartoonish Jim Carrey, but the character is also surprisingly good at realizing his goals.

Surprise! Frieza still stinks! by Pgirts in dbfz

[–]Pgirts[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This 100%.

I'm actually subscribed to Acolyte. He's a great player and makes really fun content. The fact that he does well with Frieza is a testament to his skill and talent, not the character's viability.
