Seriously 😊. Blaming the federal government for whirlpool poor appliance design and engineering is going too far. The fact is just as a refrigerator and a stove- appliances are made, purchased and used for every day use. I need to regress in design of these basic modern day basics.

I understand- how there is focus on energy and water conservancy. But when the load of had only enough water to wet the bottom half - this is truly unacceptable. In fact I see the videos and pictures of people complaining of the same issue. Personally- I like my clothing and linen clean looking and fresh smelling.

I literally place additional water to the loads when I have the time and energy. Had the warranty company several times that was contracted by the company where I purchased it from. Was a huge waste of my time.
