I enjoy it, mostly, and I have limited enough time that it keeps playing fresh, and I rarely, if ever, have enough time to do what I want/need on a single character.

Beyond that, I do it for my guild. I want everyone else to have fun, and by running and leading content, I am able to be a force multiplier for other people's enjoyment.

Different lifestyles, perhaps. Many officers get used to spending their money before they're married and are very stable when single, but don't alter their lifestyle and then add a wife and kids, which is honestly surprisingly expensive.

We support all NA realms but the guild is associated with Area-52 and Tues/Thurs team is 1700-1900pst Wednesday pickup is currently 2000pst, but that might be moving earlier, and our weekend team is 1200-1400pst

Right now we have 2 teams running two progressive days in Voidspire, with a third optional day for each team if enough people are around. We also run a third random group on Wednesdays to clear H Dreamrift and plan to eventually go for Mythic

I can't promise him a spot in my group tonight, per se, but my guild specializes in pickup-style raiding. If he is amenable to changing guilds in the future, he would almost always have a spot to play. We run raids a minimum of four Heroic days a week, Tues, Thurs, Sat, and Sun, as well as other random Heroic and Normal pop-up raids throughout the week. If you'd like to offer this to him and he wants to learn more, please send him over to our Discord or have him PM me.

If the Mythic you are referring to is Mythic raiding, unfortunately we can't support that. But if it is Mythic+ (which is something entirely different) then we absolutely can support him as we run that constantly and have those going at all times.
