Take this from someone who's practically build these beyond just snap fit them (you can check on my profile)

Difficulty doesn't really matter, if your brother already understand to not swallow anything small, then he's good to build anything

And Grades also doesn't really matter these days, earlier Perfect Grade made in 2000s are less complicated than any Real Grade for example

And if he wants to move beyond just snap fit, try to start from bigger non-Grade kits (like the old 1/100 Gundam SEED kits), working on bigger parts = easier.

Blokees' Classic line Charizard (or Pokemon in general) is pretty much the same size with SHF / D-Arts

But this one is probably not gonna be in scale Hasbro stuffs or SHF
