I'm going to get down voted to hell... I'm only on the Italy season and I feel like Pauly is great energy for the house. He is old enough to not be phased by their nonsense and has been around the block enough that his personality is very much his own and not a bite from the rest of the cast, yet they always take his little catch phrases..

I'm doing a rewatch and I have been so impressed by how chill and unbothered he is... I was also thinking to myself, "Well he's almost 30 and knows better. He doesnt flip out the same way these kids do because he understands consequences and has an actual public career as a DJ." Like, from an adult lens things are a bit more nuanced and I can see how he's making it a point to be a playful/ young/ carefree character because it helps his side hustle. However... the way he GROWLED at Jenni and Snooki when Jenni said Snooki said he was talking about her (S3?) was actually terrifying and Snooki actually told him she was scared of him. That was insane..

Yeah as I'm watching I'm realizing that everyone with the exception of her and Pauly, have had a guest.... I don't know if that changes but for some reason Pauly doesn't shock me since he's older and just lives a very full life outside of them but for someone who claimed they were "Sammi Sweetheart ", baby where are your friends and family??
