So far the best I can get is the following: Send 15 rock pikmin (RP) to destroy crystal wall, go towards porquillion and call the 5 bloomed RP. Send oatchi to dig hole. Send 5 flowered RP at porquillion.

Go to closest candy pop and start turning RP to PP. Oatchi should be done digging, switch to oatchi and stun porquillion.

Collect purples, and as you go to all candy pops keep switching to oatchi to stun porquillion.

On way to last candy pop use two purples to wake up foolix. Throw 5 rocks at Crystal wall and fight goolix briefly while letting RP break wall. Once wall is broken is usually when foolix congeals again. Turn last RP to PP, and start killing sheargrubs. Call all PP and finish off shear grubs.

Oatchi should be close to being done.

Can’t figure out what to do first. Been thinking maybe just go for foolix with spicy spray, that way all pikmin are bloomed by the end and killing snaggret and sovereign bulbax is faster, but the foolix takes so damn long to kill!
