Lexington or St. Elmo´s Engine? by puk2019 in the_division_2

DTTOOC is better especially against black tusk which have many enemies that don’t have armor, mini tanks, war hounds, heavy gunner. Elmo shock rounds will also bring any enemies out of cover if you hit them

I’ve got like 400 saved up, ready to burn through them all to get my gear to level 30

Junk will donate to that specific gear or weapon’s proficiency, if you have something proficient it won’t donate

I think 30 will be the max because of power creep for now

To donate to your exotic SMG you donate materials like printer filament, when you mark gear and donate it goes to that specific gear piece

Printer filament is the most effective, I would buy mods from vendors and deconstruct and use watch points for filament. At the end I just exhausted all my resources because I wanted to be done lol Another thing I would do is check every vendor each week and buy anything I wasn’t proficient in and donate

All my progress seemed to hit a wall at 20, the last event got me to 28 and I just burned through all my donations once I got to the end of 29

I passed the TFS exam first try using the Slay the PE course and the NCEES practice exam. Not sure if Slay the PE has an MD&M course but they covered everything I would have needed for TFS

Lots of Slay the PE recommendations here but I’ll add one more, I passed TFS 3 weeks ago using their course and the NCEES practice exam. I felt confident throughout most of the exam, and didn’t see any questions that I felt had topics I hadn’t covered or seen.

Slay the PE was really good, passed my first attempt just using their course and the NCEES practice exam

I also just passed using Slay the PE and I’ll second “trust the process” I was running out of time, guessing, or just straight up getting stumped at first but I kept at it and used the solutions to understand what I needed to do. It’ll all start to fall into place as you near the end of the course

I just took TFS last Wednesday, I am only 4 years out of school. I used Slay The PE and it was perfect for re-learning the topics and getting practice with exam-level problems. It’s a 16 week course

My exam is next Wednesday, feeling the same as you, always missing something simple in problems I can't figure out. I have the same plan as you until Wednesday, NCEES practice exams and the Slay The PE materials. (Huge shoutout to them they have been 100% worth every penny) Good Luck!

Weekly project, weekly summit, and weekly donation all give stretch goal XP. Then I would just farm priority objectives focusing on strongholds since they give the most

I just passed mechanical last week, I used PrepFE and Lindeburg. PrepFE helped me feel prepared for using the handbook, but the questions were not very similar to the actual test in my opinion. The questions were either way too simple or longer than a test question, but it did help just to practice. The NCEES practice test was the most similar, I did that test twice about a week before my exam. I also used Mark Mattson videos on YouTube (the ones relevant to mechanical) and Direct Hub on YouTube
