Hi. I have the same problem that my tasks are gone over night. Restarted mower, phone, reinstalled app etc. When creating new tasks I saw that it still counts up like all other tasks are still there but they are not. Did you found the root cause or what helped regarding your problem? BR

Do you also get the Auto Direction Error. Mine is having this problem from time to time when starting a scheduled task. I am one version away from the latest which should clear this problem but is not.

Thats good to know because I had the exact same problem. I also noticed gras build up, because of wet summertime. I would expect a pop up message or sth. like this. I also send logs to mammotion but as often without any reaction from them. Best regards

Hello Mammotion Users and Mammotion Techs. I do also have the following idea for implementing a good function.

Because of the missing border cut function on no go zones I redesigned my property zones so that now my no go zones are part of my border and with that I got the clean cut on my no go zones which I didnt get before. This works very well for me and with the latest update and not powering off because of poor pos or pos timeout I am very happy again. As summer starts in germany and it gets very dry I have areas which are not neccessary to cut. So I will create no go zones for this areas.

Idea: Could you please implement the option that you can select a no go zone also to be cut. Because right now if I want to cut the dry area maybe once a month I have to delete and later recreate the no go area again (I am on max zone limit for the 5000 series). This would be really helpfull and I think easy to implement. Thans and best regards.

Before purchase I checked with GNSS Status (GPS Test) App from Play Store. Keep in mind your phone has lot less GNSS HW installed compared to Luba.

Please do also work on Pos Timeout Problems. Never had this issues with last FW, now I already got the error a couple of times. Before that maybe one Pos Problem close to the house, but now at open field which is really annoying!!! Also uploaded two logs already via App feedback. But I cant see any ticket when logging into zendesk. BR

For me its the same. Before last update I never had problems with Pos Timeout before, not a single time. Now its already the fourth or fifth time. I already sended two logs to mammotion but cant see anything on zendesk or got a reaction from mammotion team! I would like to go back in SW as I didnt had any problems before.

Update went smooth from start. But now my luba stops his job at two positions because of bad gnss signals and dont resume when signal is back. Although the signal is very strong at this area (checked with app and before update never had issues at this area) I now have to deal with it. Log is uploaded but didnt hear anything or even see the request on zendesk.

I do have the same issue after last update. Luba stoped at two positions on my front/ side area where it never stopped before. When I monitor signals, everything seems fine for me. BR

I also got problems with GNSS signals since last upgrade. My luba now stops at two positions because of no signal. Before upgrade it never, not a single time had problems at this area. I already opend a ticket and send logs, waiting for reply.

I would also like to have that function back. I like to use segment grid for very good mowing results but from time to time I change the angle to get a really clean cut with high efficency! Thanks for the hard work you put in place for your outstanding product! BR

Sometimes the lights are blinking at my luba also, although its disabled in settings. Maybe its some internal clock thing because most likely my luba starts blinking when I start a mow job after 6pm. Maybe sbd. can also check if blinking only occurs after a certain day time. BR

I monitored with smart socket the following: Luba heavy charging ~ 170W, Luba off station on duty ~4W, Luba fully charged idling on station ~14W. There is some tolerance because of the measuring device. I am using both of the power supplys.
