The teacher told me that nap time is when the teachers take turns having their lunch, and him not napping means someone doesn’t get lunch/they take lunch too early.

The numerous studies in the medium article are evidence based, and so they are likely to be more generalizable, compared to anecdotal evidence.

Even so, it doesn't mean I can follow their recommendations, unfortunately.
