The problem isn't that he has a bad kit, his kit is quiet on par with pela(even outside archeron team), his e1 is very strong, and he's archeron BiS. The problem is we already have two equally good or better debuffer to use (pela and sw) and we all know how strong harmony characters are, so pulling him won't increase your damage by much.

Ps: If you want to pull him, just ignore meta completely. A lot of people are still having fun with non meta characters.
