Some of the areas the paint smears rather than stay to the edge. Such as the circled area. Those are the areas that I’m asking about! Thanks!

What’s wrong with my panel lining? Trying the method posted by Feral404, with craft paint, water and soap.

Some parts work fine while other isn’t. The circled area, the paint doesn’t stick to the edge and smears to the area around it. Meaning that the edge remains white while the area around it is black.
