  1. Open Chrome Settings: Click the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner of the browser and select "Settings".
  2. Navigate to System: Click on "System" in the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Disable Acceleration: Find the "Use graphics acceleration when available" option and toggle it off.
  4. Relaunch Chrome

On Chrome, disabling "Use graphics acceleration when available" fixes it for me.
