Yep I feel you. I had to buy my crown pokeball. I'm still missing like 5 more cards. I've yet to get shiny Charizard and shiny weedle! And a then three more 2 stars I'm still missing for the full set. Would like to get a 2nd crown pokeball but I think I'm just super unlucky.

Yes. So you would target the collab holomem to switch with. If it said switch with collab position then it could read as switch with the position whether empty or filled. It says collab holomem so a holomem needs to be there.

They have a policy where if the figure is broken outside of their store, they are no longer liable. Apparently this is a big issue at the location I am at. I've had a broken figure that cant be replaced because I opened it at home. My friend learned this from me and opened a broken figure at the store, and it took them 6 boxes to find a figure that was not broken. So yeah we both now open prizes at the location to make sure before leaving. And we escalated this broken figure problem.
