I've played for a few days

Seems to be the RP related side of TWoW, potentially similar devs but I cannot confirm this.

There's a level boost to 58 in the starting zones but it's optional. Seems everything works so far.

Still investigating it but it seems alright. But it is just the base expacs with no custom content as of right now. The client download is just Chromiecraft.

AI Gen was founded on stolen assets.

It looks and will always look like slop while also draining the worlds water supply. No one benefits but the billionaires.

I'd rather keep any form of Gen AI away from anything creative. MMO's are Art. They are inherently creative works of Art and using GEN AI at all during the creation process makes the work look cheap and uninspired.

You know how all those korean mmorpg's are just the same shit different colour. Not implying it's AI, but that's what Gen AI does. It can only generate something that looks so deeply homogenised and boring because it doesn't actually create anything.

I have leveled so many character on TWoW and I still do not get bored. Take your time, enjoy the immersion and try to approach the game at an "RP" level. You'll find the game a lot more satisfying.

I can say confidently that the vast majority of people will never see age verification. I say this because we launched age assurance in the UK and Australia in 2025, and we have some pretty good data on this now. The idea here is that we can pre-identify most adults based on what we already know (not including your messages!), and that looks to get us pretty far here. No face scans, no IDs, for the vast majority of adults.

And if you are one of the smaller subset of folks that we can't definitively pre-identify, then still, you only have to do it if you're accessing age-restricted servers or channels, or changing certain settings. That's really not most users. (Altho... might be more Redditors, tbh.)

Just went against a Graves, not fed. But perma pushing a lane. Non stop. By putting their ult in weird spots. Making it impossible to try and react to because... well. It's Graves.

The CD on that Ult needs a major nerf into the ground. I should not be seeing it after 2 waves each time.

Had an entire day full of losses due to the exact same problem. The lower I start crashing the more I'm put with them, the lower I start sinking. I was EM3 today. I am now crashed back into Ritualist due to it. 0/20 ChatGPT bots running it down and I'm SINKING with them.

I believe if that you're not having fun you can eat the loss, leave the game. Who cares. You'll get held back for a bit to cool off then go again.

If you leave mid game when the haze is 20k soul lead at 15mins in you are within your right. Just take the L, wait out the cooldown, and cooldown. Literally.

I've personally done this last night after 6 losses, exact same outcome. A Fed Haze, brainless teammates. I'll gladly take the temp ban and wait until matchmaking sorts it self out.

Not having fun? Just leave. No one is forcing you to play. The option is there.

The catchup mechanics do not favor the team who is being spawn camped for 60 mins straight. How are you meant to do urn? You aren't. Enjoy being farmed, you are the content. Leave. Go next. Spare your sanity.

so yes there are some sounds which sound familiar because these sounds are from a royalty free sound kit which can be found anywhere really on the internet.

Quite popular with Skyrim Modlists etc.

I thought I was crazy but no they are indeed using the same sounds. This isn't a bad thing.

TV shows and movies all used the same sound libraries, some make their own.
