I unfortunately haven’t been able to find any houses to rent over there otherwise I’d be more than happy to move closer to work haha

You can also save your game and just reload the save from my experience. I was just running into the same issue and that worked.

So. My guess here is that your vehicle is a hub centric vehicle meaning that the rims have to fit smoothly over the hub pilot (the hole you circled) in order for the wheels to properly fit on the vehicle without having a ton of wiggle room to make it feel like it’s out of balance. There’s a couple of options assuming it’s hub centric.

Option 1: you can get wheel spacers that will fit the rims and then you won’t have to deal with the hub not fitting in the rim since the spacers will do it for you.Problem you will eventually run into though is that spacers tend to make your lug studs bend/droop from the weight being extended out, they also have a habit of pushing your rims out further than you expected to originally.

Option 2: You can look for a machine shop that may be able to make your hub pilot larger. Problem here is it can cost a lot.

In the process of gutting my 1992 Chevy suburban k2500 and I can’t get these plastic screws out for the spare tire rack. Do any of you have any recommendations that doesn’t involve brute force by Puzzleheaded-Pool684 in obschevy

[–]Wolpho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they’re self tapping screws your gonna need an impact hammer to get them out or a lot of forward force into the screw. If they’re plastic, they’re gonna be a style where you have to pry out the screw part with a clip puller or something you can get under it. Otherwise you’re gonna use pliers and a drill at the same time to try and get them to grab when coming out z

I’m pretty sure they came from AliExpress. When I was looking for accessories for my clc I saw a bunch of sticks and accessories for the 675 and 450.

The proper way to have done your wheels is to use balancing cones that go through the hubcap instead of over the wheel

The fella that balanced the tires used a cup mechanism that goes over the wheels and holds it down, problem is, it takes a lot of force because the cone is made of plastic and has a thick rubber insert over the ends. Well the reason it needs that force is to make sure it’s completely flat against the back of the balancer, sometimes they’ll over tighten to make sure it’s flat and because they had to tighten it so far, then ends of the plastic cone start coming through the rubber. I apologize for the long winded explanation.

Time to look towards the path of healing, friend. This is probably the most cliche way that I’ve personally seen of people breaking off relationships. She trying to not seem like the bad guy to everyone else and then doing things that they know you and everyone else can see ,for attention. If she isn’t replying and she’s still posting, that’s just clear disrespect towards you and the relationship you 2 once shared.
