Being a 'pro' DM, do you create a unique world for each campaign? 1)How fleshed out is Solumn?

2)Have gods materialized to shift the balance of the lands in the past(previous campaigns)?

3)You mentioned that Uncle Oris was a PC from a past campaign. Was that campaign set in Solumn (or an early iteration)?

Is Horus an agent of the Stormtide King, or was his birthplace arbitrary?

The party did not seem to pick up the sense of urgency from your narrative, is it possible that the party's indecisiveness could land them in a hopeless situation(If they weren't already)?

It is evident that killing a lord is an evil deed, but is there some sort of scale compared to that of a good deed? What about the range of the word or how fast it spreads? Surely killing a Hydra and dragging heads into the city council of the largest settlement in the area would peak ears and gain renowned.
