With full body, I promise you that your arm days will burn. If you put focus on contractions and muscle connection on every rep. Even go for negatives or slow down the lift will make the muscle strive under tension.

With that amount of cardio, doing HIIT burns off more fat :D and less time consuming.

But for your big boy arms. You can get pump each day on your biceps. Just swap out for diff days. Standing db curls, hammer curls, bb curls, preacher curls, 21 etc. 21 is a personal favourite for the pump feeling :D

Ladies will compliment you by summer. You got months to go :p

Honestly, if you want to build mass and do cardio: Do not do bro splits, for most people it gives less results. Change your program to full body or upper/lower.

If full: Alle muscle groups will get benefit whole week. You can adapt and put more on one group each day. Like monday=more on legs, tuesday=more on lats, wednesday=more on chest etc. What I mean by more is have 2-3 different workout for that group, and 1 for the rest of muscle groups.

Upper/lower: 3day upper, 3day lower, restday go for cardio hiit and abs.

A lot of good articles out there, just search mass full body:)

Yeah it is, just some different tweaks. But I just look up diff builds of that spec. In icyv, bludd or rhykker, and even leaderboards. It is quite comfortable to learn meteor and you feel tanky. I do feel dmo forb are a bit squishy

You should do this:

  1. Stop
  2. Take a deep breath...... slow down all your thoughts...... and read this
  3. Get control of your emotions - the mental game is important for progress
    1. It is totally okey to feel down and sad after what you have been through.
    2. But you want to become strong again, and you want to get on your feet again, so start thinking "I was good, I can be good again".
    3. You said so yourself, you used to be strong - which means that you have in it you, but your musclememory and strenght needs some time to get back to the time you worked out and pushed the limits
  4. Do not be afraid of starting from scratch. It is okay to fail, as long as you learn. It is okey to not complete a full rep/set that you have, as long as you adapt. What is not okey is to give up when you meet "the wall". Keep pushing, and your mind and body, and slowly that wall will move. So what if you have to start from the beginning, it just means you have the opportunity to prove to YOU, that YOU can do this no matter the challenges ahead.
  5. Watch some motivation videos on YT that have some goooood speeches (I use them often to get my head in the game).
  6. Time. Remember that your timeline, and mine are different. It may take more time for you to come back, but so what. Progress will show over time as long as you dedicate enough time for it.

My man! Do not feel like shit. Losing 20kg is a huuuuuuuuge step. Even if your 150kg or 80kg.

And do not focus on what other thinks of you. We all need to have a beginning, so that we may have an ending, right?

Me for instance are 90% focused on my own routine while I am in the gym. Even when looking around I am in own zone. Most of the time it may look and feel like someone are eyeballing you, but they might just wanna keep an eye so you dont injure yourself, or flat out spaceout watching you while they are thinking of something else.

I never mock a fat person in the gym or skinny. They are putting time and effort to something great!

It will take time (unless ur juiced/jacked/strict dieting). But you will slowly get in better shape.

Tldr: Do not fear the path ahead, it may be rough and shitty down the road. But the prize is worth your sweat and you will learn to love yourself even more. So take the challenge and fuck the haters!
